Original Comment I received nothing about having to turn off automatic renewal. I didn't know there was an automatic renewal. When I saw that I was charged for another several months, I then turned off automatic renewal and asked customer service via email to please refund my money. I was denied. When I tried to contact customer service again via email, they ignored me. This whole situation does not make me happy and leaves a bitter taste. I will not be using Classmates again.
