Hi I have four lines with Cricket mobile and one of my lines was no longer compatible with the 4G 5G Network so I went into the store to get a phone that was compatible the manager Kim has given me a hard time from day one she has been very rude and disrespectful and not trying to help me out any question I asked she avoids answering I have asked her to speak with the district manager because Kim and I are not seeing eye to eye about the situation the district manager of the Greer South Carolina Cricket Wireless I believe her name is Jennifer I have asked him to let Jennifer call me or let me call Jennifer to help resolve this situation I went into the store and was told the Galaxy a12 cost $160 so I paid $160 when I got home and looked online the phone should have only cost $99 so I returned the phone to the store and Kim told me that she could not return new phone she could only exchange it so she charged me another $133 and exchange the Galaxy a12 for the Galaxy a13 which was compatible with the 5G Network so I have paid a total of $173 the first time I went to the store and another $133 the second time I went to the store I asked Kim after I purchase the Galaxy a13 why I am expected to pay so much more than what customer service quotes me on the phones and Kim told me that she has nothing to do with customer service and their prices so I ask her if I could speak with Jennifer about the situation and she has refused repetitively I have asked for a refund and she has refused so I left my phone at the store with them and I am looking to seek help to resolve my situation I just want my money refunded and to no longer deal with the Greer Cricket Wireless because of the way that they handle business she told me that I am not allowed to purchase a phone without purchasing the phone case and the screen protection also and that is the reason that my price for the phone is way higher than customer service price for the phone so if Kim will just refund me my money I can go home and call customer service and get the phone almost $100 cheaper than I can get it in the store please help me get my money back Donovan shackle 864-384-3172 that is my Cricket Wireless number you can reach my email at ryan.
