Original Comment I'm very upset with AAA, I have been a member for over 15years, pay my premium, really haven't had any issues. I go to renew my membership to find they deleted my card on file. I called to find out what happen, they said they decided not to renew because to many tows. I have myself and 3 other family members on my account, we didn't use all tows allotted, just too many for a year is what I was told. Now, there were four (4) cars between us, you pay for the service, but you're not suppose to use the service! I don't get it. Then when you call to find out what's wrong, no one can tell you why they chose not to renew, but tell you it's nothing you can do about it, no appeal, no complaint, I've never heard that within a company. Member for "15+" years, REALLY!! and because one year "too many tows" between 4 cars. Can someone explain this to me!!!
