Original Comment I have been a AAA member for a number of years and was just told that I cannot be reimbursed for a battery replacement. When the call was placed I was told that AAA could not bring out a battery. This was the 2nd time within a month that my car would not start due to the battery failure. Matter of fact my neighbor tried to give me a jump without success. Additionally, I was given no paperwork from Freedom Ford when they came out. Now I'm told that I don't have the proper info from Advance showing the battery needed replacing. I cannot believe that a reparable company like AAA is not honoring their commitment. I am a senior citizen and I missed a doctor's appointment because the car would not start. I need my car to be operational when I crank it up. I do not want to pursue this matter further. Plreimburse me for the cost of my replacement battery.
