Original Comment Hello Everyone my name is KeeKee. I have a little legal knowledge and I too have funds being held hostage by green dot. I have researched our rights and we can file a civil lawsuit even though we may reside in different states. It is no cost and everyone has the same access to handling their personal case. I reside in Texas, if you are interested in more details there will be information below. What most people don't know is that to bring a corporation to public focus only requires a petition containing 3000 signatures. I hope to hear from you. I began this petition one week ago because after sending ID, letters for resident lease proof and still no response. I am now homeless because my last paycheck has been held for over six months. What they are doing is allowing the monthly fees to consume my money. I began with around $398 and am currently at $305.
