Dear ADT I have been a customer for a while now last year in April maybe May I upgraded my system with One camera in the house and a doorbell camera in which I love but I'm having a problem with the alarm keep going off it's saying something is wrong with the back door and one of the windows I called ADT and January maybe February spoke with a technician they supposed to help solve the problem it did not I called today which is Saturday April 9th I called at 11:00 a.m. and I called at 1:30 p.m. problem still not solved so I asked the young lady if she could send somebody out here she scheduled something for Tuesday 4-12-2022. But she also said that will be $130 fee for them to come out but why would you guys charge me $130 when the alarm is not working properly and I had it only one year and it's been going going on and off with the same problem she's December 2021 they couldn't fix the problem on the phone but they want to send somebody out here and charge me $130 I don't think it's right that I will have to pay another fee since I had this system installed for $6 to $700 I don't think it's fair that you would charge me$130 to come out here and fix your equipment but it's going to have to be done in order for the alarm to work properly. Yours truly are unhappy customer.
