Original Comment My daughter and I like shopping at the goodwill store in Ozark mo but after the rude comment my daughter overheard the manager (Darrel) made, not sure we will be back! Told a fellow worker we shopped there a lot but always bring a lot back! As you know not being able to try clothes on it's sometimes hard to tell if something will fit for sure and I'm not about to keep things I'm not able to fit into! Very rude and not setting a good example for employees!! We spend close to $500 a month in the store on average maybe more and Darrell can't even say how are you today!! I've been told being friendly to customers costs nothing but makes people want to come back not the case here!
