Original Comment We frequent the Bojangles on Hyatt St in Gaffney SC quite frequently (especially at lunch on Sundays). The food is always good and I have no complaints about that. My problem is with the manager bad mouthing the young employees in front of customers. She talks down to one young male employee loud so everyone in the restaurant can hear hear. Then she will talk about about the young male employee to the customers complaining about how he doesn't do his job and other things. I don't think this young man is capable of doing anything right in her eyes as I've seen this same scenario the past 3 times we've been there on a Sunday. I am in no way related to this young man or even know his name but I know as a former manager of a government agency that belittling employees in front of customers is never a good practice. I only wonder how employees are treated when customers are not around. In this current time where it seems no one can get people to work, she should be glad the young man shows up even though she talks to him like he's the dumbest employee ever! It was sickening to listen and I felt so bad for him. Again this was not the first time but every time we been in on a Sunday.
