Original Comment I have been using ROKU for years and have subscribed to various streaming apps thru you. I subscribed to AMC+ and paid for an entire year. Suddenly, I was denied access to AMC+ in the middle of viewing a movie and was instructed to signin on my ROKU<br /> login info. When tried to sign back in I was denied, plus an unknown email was shown. I took several steps to try to resolve: I tried changing my ROKU UID and password. I was still denied. When I die to set up a new account, it said I already had an account, but I was still denied access. Now, I discovered there is a second AMC+ app that has been added to ROKU: AMC+ on ROKU. I tried signing on using this new app. Did not work. It would only allow me to sign up for a new trial. Apparently, I subscription was stolen.<br /> I am very angry that you allowed this to happen.
