Original Comment DO NOT GET MEDIACOM SERVICE! I had their TV & internet service for approx. 4 years in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We had guests in the house that somehow downloaded what Mediacom said was pirated, unpaid for material. The first time they suspended my internet service then notified me. When the 2nd occurance happened now 2 years later, they suspended them terminated my account. Mediacom did not allow me to plead my case. Then they told me the allegations provided by a third party they couldn't verify that they were even true!! Imagine that, guilty by non-verified accusations. The employees I did talk to were rude and treated me as if I was a criminal. I highly suggest anyone not do business with Mediacom!!
