Original Comment I have just found out that even though I ended my service with metro my phone is a brick. They over charge for the service as well as charging 4 dollars for something that is very inconvenient. As well when you miss the pay by date they charge you 8 dollars to keep the service. I have been robbed before but this is the worst. How are you going to lock someone from their chose of service. I bet if someone cam to that main office and cleaned it up catch my drift they would change.
