Original Comment I was the victim of a hit and run that damaged my vehicle on 6/30/22. Today is 8/3/22 and the only information Esurance has given me is that the car is totaled. How its totaled? No idea since no information is shared with me. This the first accident I have had in 56 years. I have been with this company for 7 years and they sure know how to contact me when they need my payments. Good pay history, loyalty, good driving record and not at fault in the damage. Yet, I am treated as though I am digging in their pockets trying to get something for free. I am definently getting an attorney. They obviously don't hear or care about me. Not even phone calls or documents to be transparent and show what's going on. You know, include me, the customer!!! When I get my new vehicle I will be getting a new insurance company as well. One that will all least acknowledge me.
