Original Comment I've been trying for almost 2 weeks to get a refund for 3 nights from the BW+ Indianapolis NW. When I checked out they said only the manager does adjustments. I call daily and leave my name and number to no avail. I was able to speak to Bridgette one time and she had me send over my receipt. She just emailed she is doing an adjustment but it is for the wrong amount. When I tried to call her again for the last 2 days she's in meetings or is not available.
