Fraud on my account. 800# for Bank verified who committed the fraud. I already have a police case against this person and I gave the officer a signed statement requesting the Bank provide him with information about the fraud. The 800# tells me I have to work with the branch. The branch manager Bernice in Visalia CA tells me she knows nothing. The Corporate Office won't return my calls.
