I have 2 kids in college so I purchased premier plan...my son needed a tow. He called at 10:40pm...it's now 3:20am--over 4 hours!!! AND HE IS STILL SITTING ON THE SIDE OF THE HWY! I called to follow up and they told me they didn't have any tows-he could find his own tow or call back at 8am? Absolutely horrible! Not only have they left him sitting...the calls conveniently dropped when I tried to call in for assistance.
