First of all I was charged 1.99 for 9 items marked .99. Then so couldn't try on what I wanted to purchase. So the sales person told me I could bring whatever back if it didn't fit for a refund. As long as no more than 7 days and had my receipt. I purchased the items on 10/9/22. Today they refused to give me a refund claimed only store credit. If that is the policy then the sales people don't need to tell customers things can be returned for a refund when customers do not have the option to try things on. Had I known I would not have purchased what I did. Now that money is wasted on clothes I can't even wear and nothing in the store works for what I need. I'm beyond irritated. Will never support y'all again. You take things for free and sell for profit. But hey, no sweat off your back bc you claim to be a charity organization. And you're not. I have seen people in need and told they couldn't get help by goodwill employees. If my perception is incorrect, than a new training might need to take place at the saraland AL location.
