I have closed my account after many years after the new management, Trivia, Amelia, came aboard at the University Hills branch. I have never experienced horrible Customer Service from management at a branch in my life. Many instances I have experienced both of them being short and rude with me. I will never ever bank with Bank Of The West again. And I know of others who have close their accounts as well At that branch
