Original Comment We've received new management. <br /> New rules and regulations which is understandable until our lives are made more difficult and we are left with more to do. With shorter hours and more work on our hands this job is anything but worth it anymore. To be stressing about a minimum wage job because we are left to do more than what is tolerable is ridiculous. Then we have management who lack communication with their own staff and point fingers at employees without knowing what actually happened. Lack of trust in employees and no sense of respect for their staff. This company has turned greedy since we've had new ownership since our previous owner retired. I miss the old days and the management and owners that cared for their staff and said hello upon arrival. We can't even get that either. Full of power tripped ego management.
