Original Comment Very disappointed with customer service. Ordered item in store and needed to make a return. Items were returned FedEx but the refund was not issued in the original form of payment due to the store closing. I was told I need to go online and accept a credit that could only be used at their stores. I don't shop on line and will not be driving an hour away just to use store credit. Having problems getting them to reverse the refund and place on my Bed Bath and Beyond credit card. As it appears I still need to pay my credit card bill for items that were returned
