Original Comment February 28, 2023<br /> The Ukiah, CA Round Table is in need of a complete overhaul. Round Table in Ukiah has competition. We have many very good puzzarias in town. Unfortunately, my husband had lived Round Table forever, so we eat here occasionally. Super nice to see the dining room FINALlY open, after being closed for at least 2 years. We ordered our pizza tonight through the app. It said out pizza would be ready in an hour. We though, &quot;wow, they must be busy now that dining room is open&quot; amd we waited an hour. I arrive to pick pizza up, and the parking lot was empty. A bit shocking since it took an hour to get a pizza. We walked in to the building amd there were ZERO customers. The place was completely empty, at dinner time no less. The lights in the back section were off making it feel like the place was closing. There were 2 hard working employees (the cleaners) and none at the counter. We stood there for a few minutes and finally, a woman came out from the back. I'm not trying to be mean, and I realize help is hard to come by, but your employee needs to be instructed on how to look presentable. I was a bit shocked, she didn't look clean or like someone I would want Making my food. Well, she retrieved our pizza from the warmer. Yes, you heard that right...the pizza warmer like I was at Little Ceasars. I was 10 minutes early (supposed to be ready in an hour remeber?) I bring pizza Hine and the crust was chewy like it had been sitting in the warmer for 30 minutes. Well, I can safely say we are completely done with Round Table. I really feel like the Ukiah RT should just close up. OR hire new people to really push the place and make it a good pizza place again, because it's no longer a pizza place people go to. So sad.
