THE WORST......At 8:47 A.M. spoke with &quot; Ronnel &quot; in the PHILLIPINES ID # 523..186<br /> and seven minutes later he hung up on me. Please fire him. I had explained to him DAY 9 WAITING...I have emails--arrival--date should be Thursday 3..9..2023..<br /> I contacted FEDEX this morning and a status of STILL--TRANSIT.<br /> Is the phone-box on a plane or a truck ? No, IN-TRANSIT means sitting<br /> in a warehouse, like ALL-week--long.<br /> I have pages of notes and yes I have been lied to !<br /> I called 3 days this week, hours of the RUN-AROUND, TRANSFER, ON-HOLD.<br /> ESCALATING to SUPERVISOR is ignored...1times...2-3times...4times.<br /> What is wrong with this picture ?
