Original Comment Customer Service is the absolute worst. I just closed my Macy's credit card account due to a $2.00 late interest charge that they removed, but yet still considered my account past due. I spoke with 2 "managers" Ashley C. and Mario Sanchez that explained to me, there was nothing they can do and my account would still be considered past due. How is that possible? They just lost a long time customer that paid their bills on time every month. It's not about the $2.00 it is the principle. I will not be shopping at Macy's going forward. This is why the big box stores are disappearing due to lack of customer service. It is hard to believe that there was nothing they could do. It's a shame.
