Original Comment I Went In To Get A Smoothie On Sunday Afternoon.the Lady Working At The 1905 St Charles Ave Store Did Not Acknowlegde My Hello And Was Rude To Me Even After I Placed My Order, I Said I Was Leaving A Cash Tip. Again No Response, I Took Out My Card After Paying And She Asked Me "is Something Wrong?". Iresponded I Just Thought You Would Say Thanks For The Tip.her Response Was I Said Ok.another Customer Walked In She Took His Order She Made Three Smoothies At The Same Time (the Second Customer Ordered Two)she Gave Him His Order First And Told Me That She Messed Up On My Size Order I Ordered 320z She Made It 24oz She Asked If I Wanted More Ice I Said No I Want What I Ordered.she Then Replied Well What Do You Want Me To Do I Said Give Me A Refund.i Believe She Purposefully Messed Up My Order. She Was Rude And Very Unprofessional. I Dont Know Her Name But She Was Older About 55 Or So With Multiple Tatoos And Poor Dentition. We Argued Back And Forth For Awhile And I Told Her I Was Contacting The Coporate Office. She Gave Me My Refund And I Left The Store
