Original Comment It appears this is the same old story unacceptable non service. My sons car died called AAA and was informedtruck would arrive in approximately one hour. Kept getting text messages showing truck on its way first twenty minutes the ten and when the truck was to arrive his phone rang. <br /> It was the dispatcher letting him know that no truck was responding and he could leave the keys with the vehicle and they would send someone out in the morning to get vehicle or call police. <br /> AAA web page states 365 &amp; 24 hours a day what a bunch of bull we have the gold card for the entire family pay two hundred twenty five dollars a year for no service.<br /> <br /> Called to complain and all AAA wants is a copy of the bill to reimburse me for the private tow. How about some action against the tow company they contract with for service (Eastcoast towing) who had no one to send out. Totally disgusted With the lack of service all around from the company.
