Hello , I have been treated like a bad customer because of your new billing that started last May 2022 . <br /> I have double car insurance payments now because I paid one payment after 5 days of it do ? Most companies have 7 day grace period plus I'm paid up in full starting a new policy and Marci Barrett saids well it's too latex I'm starting a new policy why is it a double payment . She is looking at the whole yr I was trying to settle this she is not going to help me . She thinks I'm a bad customer and I'm not rich enough for her if I'm complaining about a double car insurance payment ! She wants people that do not have money problems or a single Mom who runs a business by herself . Plus she did not even blink an eye when I said I loss my son the same month I came aboard with State Farm ?She does not have her email up to where I can email here and I txted yesterday when I found out txting could work and they said too late . Hers ladies at her office laughed at me and told me to get a new insurance company <br /> <br /> I want to speak to the president of State Farm . I don't think he or she would appreciate this office and how they handle an upset customer !
