Original Comment Dallas Fort Worth airport. Terrible to customers. I will be going to corporate CEO and filing a claim regarding 2 separate cases. Never before has a rental car company been so unprofessional. Thrifty merge and dollar is not being honest. I lump both for not being truthful online.
