Original Comment I was at the Burger King in Monroe nc 2100 west Roosevelt Blvd on 7/27/2023 at 4:21:44pm and I ordered the coupon meal number 4865 my order number was 433. I ordered 2 jr whopper's & 2 medium fries with cheese no pickles on both. I got a medium fries and a chicken finger box didn't realize til I got home and went to give my mom her food and that was in the bag called back asked to speak to a manager the lady stated she was the manager so I explained what the problem was and that I would like to come back for my food but deserve a refund as well. She got an attitude said I was screaming at her and said I could bring the food back with my receipt for a refund but wouldn't give me my order! I feel that I was entitled to this because I was on E spent my last til Friday on our food I could have made it back there but wouldn't be able to make it to the gas station the next morning!
