Original Comment On 8-5-23 we stayed at a Best Western in Henderson NV. We showed up at 12:30 pm and was told no rooms were ready yet. Told us to come back in 30 minutes to an hour. We came back at 1:40 pm and during check in which I had a reservation and I'm a Rewards member was told I would have to pay $50 for early check in. What is the reason for this besides scamming people. I had a reservation, the rooms were ready. There's no reason why you should charge me for this. I've stayed in many hotels and have Never had to pay an early check in! This is pathetic! If BW Corp does not refund me this charge, I will Never stay at any of your properties again! So if $50 is worth what you're going to lose in the long run, then so be it. I contacted the GM at the hotel and it was obvious he couldn't care less about my concerns.
