A few weeks ago I was at the Nordstroms in Topanga Westfield Mall having lunch at the cafe.<br /> <br /> We've been devoted customers for years and have always enjoyed the experience.<br /> <br /> But...this particular day we got to the cafe exactly when it opened and ordered our lunch right away.<br /> <br /> It took over 45 minutes before we got our food.<br /> <br /> I had my granddaughter with me and my daughter and she needed to have her lunch.<br /> <br /> I asked to see the manager of the cafe ...he came over to our table and explained the length of time this lunch took and he very rudely looked at me and said: this isn't the first time I've had to come to your table .<br /> <br /> Instead he could have said, so sorry for the delay we have a group training at the cooks area.<br /> <br /> So instea d of putting our order in they were busy talking in the back and neglecting us.<br /> <br /> The delay I could understand...but he was rude and lashed out at me and I must say it wasn't ok.<br /> <br /> Then probably after he knew he was out of line he offered to take one of our dishes off the bill.<br /> <br /> Thank you very much.
