Original Comment Reserved a room and got into it and then found a cockroach climbing up the wall so my daughter killed it and we took a picture of it and went to the front desk and the only thing she could do was put us in a different room. In the new room the bathtub was disgusting. It looked like blood or something and we had no toilet paper. Went to front desk this morning and the only reimbursement I'm getting is $20. I want reimbursed for the whole day. I had to pay for a room I didn't even stay in. DONT STAY HERE!!!
