I ordered from the app SUBWAY&amp;#174; From the Byrdstown Tennessee franchise phone number 931-864-1010 address is 8471 Highway 111 Byrdstown, TN 38549. I was served by number 999997 on 8/18/2023 at 5:13 PM I order number was 3D2AEFE2-27 <br /> I'm only saying something about this because this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened from this subway and nobody's doing nothing about it and I think it's wrong. It's kind of like a bait and switch half the time the subway does not have the official franchise menu products and they substitute it or they just don't let you have it this particular time I ordered my sandwiches on Italian cheese and herb bread. What I got was hoagie buns from across the street at the IGA. I have pictures to show it and I left that on my Google review of the Byrdstown subway sandwich shop - upon placing my order on the app and submitting it. I got a phone call from the store. The girl that called said we don't have pepperoni but we can substitute extra salami on your sandwich. They also didn't have pickles or the cookies that I paid for - which is fine. At least I was warned about that and they didn't refund me for the cookies that they didn't have but I ordered. I can live with them not having the pickles or the cucumbers that I wanted on my sandwich but the problem I have is they didn't tell me that they didn't have subway bread, and that they were serving bread from the grocery store across the street like I said, I have a picture of this to prove it, one of the main reasons I order subway is because I do like the bread it's amazing. I don't want bread from the grocery store if that's what I wanted I would've went to the grocery store and bought hoagie buns and lunch meat and made my own sandwiches at home no, I wanted Subway because I wanted subway bread and my sandwich made on subway bread. . They didn't warn us about that one. It was a bait and switch which is not fair and she told me that we don't have our subway bread. I would've canceled my order right then and there and demanded my money back. Nope, since it was to go, they put it in the bag didn't say a word to me about it and sent me on my way And when I got home I was shocked and of course I'm not gonna drive back over to the store I'm just gonna suck it up and eat what they gave me even though I spent my harder money to have Subway sandwiches and I didn't get subway sandwiches and I didn't get the cookies I paid for the funny thing is I had to stop going to the subway because of these very reasons this is not the first time this sort of thing is happened but it's been two years since I've been there so I thought OK will give it a try I would like to have subway for dinner. It sounds good boy was I wrong and I'm back to not being a customer. I don't understand how this restaurant is not inspected by somebody from franchise to make sure they're following the rules because this happens constantly. It's not like a one time thing, so I'm reaching out and leaving this post at corporate headquarters hoping that somebody will do something about this particular franchise if not it's OK I won't spend my money any subway because I no longer trust it. I'm not getting the products I pay for you can look at my receipt. I spent $35 well, $34.50 plus I left a tip , thinking that I was going home to enjoy a nice subway sandwich shop dinner boy was I wrong and I will not go back to this subway unless you guys make sure this kind of thing stops happening if they don't have subway bread, they should make sure the customers know that if they don't have some of the vegetables that they need to make sandwiches, they should make customers aware that they don't do it until after the fact and that's a bait and switch and that's not right I don't want to pay for IGA sandwiches if I want to do that I'll just go to the store and build my own sub. Please help.
