Hey Panera HQ,<br /> <br /> I remember the niche that Panera filled when it first came to town. Beautiful environment, friendly staff and delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices. <br /> <br /> For what it's worth, I just wanted to share that it seems like the quality of the experience has declined over the years. I have had multiple experiences where the cashiers are frazzled. They have to ask so many questions as well as manage other things, often seemingly without help. The restaurants that I've been in recently seem run down and dirty. And, although some things are still delusions a bargain for their flavor, size and freshness, other things (like the chicken noodle soup) seem institutional and small portioned for the cost. <br /> <br /> I am only sharing this because I believe that the early year experiences I had were the Panera vision. And, I imagine that you've already been made aware of similar concerns. I just wanted you to hear from a fan in what I hope feels like a compassionate delivery because I believe that you want better. <br /> <br /> Thanks for reading. I hope it's helpful in some way.
