Original Comment We encountered one of your off duty employees at the Boston/Logan airport at 2am. We had missed our flight and was diverted there at 10 pm with a all night stay and a 7am flight. Didn't have a ticket just a voucher. We were struggling but a off duty 21yr employee, flight attendant named Gustov overheard us and volunteered to help. He spent the next 45min holding our hand and making sure we were taken care of. You can only hope any of your employees would represent your company as well as he did. I did not catch his last name but lives in NYC. We flew on a e190 and found it to be one to be a very comfortable plane.
