Original Comment I ordered a comforter online. 2 days later I received an email stating my order was cancelled because they couldn't confirm my identification ( whatever that means) I called and the customer service representative asked me for my name and address, I gave them my information and I was told the system couldn't verify my identity I stated they I receive texts and emails all the time at least 4 times a week from Macy and now your stay can not verify my identity, I can't get information to contact corporate office, the number on website is not in service, they took the purchase price from my card and have not refunded my money, I will be contacting my state attorney general and will be seeking an attorney, bringing a lawsuit against Macy for misleading and false advertising and deceptive practices among other charges
