I am quite disappointed with the response that I got from bot he email customer service as well as the phone service from the "Lasko Support Hero's". I have several (12) to be exact of the white and black oscillating pedestal fans from Lasko and the oscillation link on all but 1 of these fans is broken. This would be a simple part to replace however Lasko chooses not to have this part available forcing to either have a warranty replacement or just go buy a new fan. What a huge waste of resources. The parts that are available are parts that would almost NEVER need to be replaced. Convenient that the $50 - $60 retail price of the fan has basically no longevity and the company just plans on the majority of the customers getting fed up and just buying a new fan. Not happy!!!
