We have advised the florist to reattempt delivery ASAP after contacting the recipient.<br /> <br /> Click here to see the latest update on your order.<br /> <br /> Sincerely,<br /> FTD Customer Care Team<br /> <br /> Unfortunately for the florist I have been home all day and nobody attempted to deliver anything- and the weather was fine. In fact I had exterminators here servicing the house.<br /> <br /> After calling customer service ( the operator was very nice and robotic) I found out that there was no way flowers could be delivered today.<br /> <br /> I asked to speak to the supervisor.<br /> 15 minutes later there was no supervisor so I tried to work with the operator. After inquiring about another florist that could deliver I was told there were not any. She offered a free upgrade if delivered tomorrow and then 50% off. All unacceptable.<br /> <br /> What a negative heart wrenching experience you <br /> gave me today. I was hoping the flowers would cheer me up &amp; remind me of happier days-unfortunately that was not the case.<br /> <br /> Massive failure on so many levels.<br /> <br /> Chris
