Original Comment Something has got to be done about your location on I-55 South in Jackson, Mississippi. The last three times I have visited that location the service has gotten progressively worse. On my and my wife's visit today, Dec 25, 2023 was the worst experience we've ever had. The waiter started out being very helpful but that went south very quickly. My wife ordered water and I ordered sweet tea. (We're talking 3:00 pm.) He came back about 15 minutes later to inform me that they had run out of sweet tea and were only serving unsweetened the rest of the day. Then 15 minutes later he returned and there would be no tea available for at least an hour. He went ahead and took our food order. 45 minutes later we find out the order had even been turned into the kitchen. The "General Manager" came to talk to another customer and I ask him if they were having to go to the henhouse to get 3 eggs, he back to kitchen to see what was happening and discovered that the order hadn't even been turned in. He apologized but 10 minutes later, still no food. We just got up and left and went to Dennys, which was full because of them had also left that IHOP because of the lack of concern for its customers. I can tell you the problem with that location but it would just go in one ear and the other; it's run totally by blacks that would rather have their "tunes" up high and simply ignoring the customers and the white Gen. Mgr. didn't seem to care or couldn't do anything about it. I don't even go in McDonald's in the area anymore because they are run by blacks that just plainly don't care. I won't be back to that location Ever again!!!!!!!
