Original Comment I stopped at the food lion in Pendleton, sc on 12/3 in the afternoon. I was picking up sodas for a party. When I I got to checkout I was was rudely informed that the young lady was not open even though she had a person in line. When I finally got to check out by a manager I assume since had a tie on. I made the comment that I was only picking sale items. I worked in the grocery market and this type of behavior was frowned upon. With that being said I will never shop that store or this chain again.
