Original Comment My friend and I tried to order online tonight which did not work. I then called our local Cracker Barrel in Troy, Illinois. The person that answered my call could not understand your menu items. It took 14 minutes to place a simple order. Will not recommend calling in orders anymore. Very disappointed in this process. Then when I get to the store to pick up and tell the staff they tolls me they have all kinds of complaints about the process.
