On July 15, 2012, I ordered two tickets (the only ones available to me) for my 15-year-old grandson to the Eric Church concert in Milwaukee. I live in Phoenix, AZ. I chose "TicketFast" and attempted several times to download the tickets. A red message "Alert" would come up and tell me the tickets would be available in 24-72 hours. Each day I tried to download the tickets unsuccessfully. Finally, when 72 hours had passed, I called customer service. I was told that (1) these tickets were in an area where ONLY paperless tickets could be used; (2) I was not eligible to receive a full refund because it had been MORE than 72 hours. They offered me $69.00 and said I'd get the credit in 3 - 5 days (however, my credit card was charged the same day and the funds distributed the next). The "paperless" ticket meant I would have to send my credit card to my grandson and pray that it wouldn't get lost in the excitement of the event. Otherwise, he could not gain admission. And yes, I'm really angry.63
