Original Comment I have had on-star since 2008,and I have been a huge supporter. I bought a new 2012 Buick LaCrosse almost 2 months ago. I have been trying to get it right for the entire time. When I call for turn-by-turn directions, my call goes to activation. Each time after several transfers, I am told that now it works. Last Friday morning, I was connected with the tech department and was told they would call me back when it was fixed. Well, no call yet. Does my car need to go back to the dealership or what?
