Original Comment Dear JVC Canada<br /> <br /> I would like to suggest that you review your pricing for CANADA!<br /> I purchased a JVC Everio camcorder(GZ-HM40) while on vacation in the U.S. and find out upon returning to Canada that I must resort to buying generic batteries from Hong Kong just to avoid being violated by your Canadian affiliate.<br /> <br /> Not only do I feel victimized, but I must indeed question the intelligence of management at JVC, when pricing doubles once across the Canadian border. It seems as though you want people to bypass JVC and buy a knock off from China(Including the charger unit) for 1/8 the price! I was quite willing to buy JVC accessories, but not at 50 times the cost of manufacture.<br /> <br /> Up until now JVC stood for quality Japanese electronics at a realistic price. Today JVC stands for Just Venomous Cut-throats. I will never again buy JVC.<br /> <br /> I want you to pass this e-mail on to the Japanese corporate head office.
