Original Comment I am also having problems with Express Scripts. I tried to order refills for 4 prescriptions and Express Scrips said they didn't have my doctor's contact information. I've been using Express Scripts for several years so they should have that information. I then called my doctor's office to get refills and they sent them to Express Scripts. The next day I got a new prescription for one of the drugs so I called Express Scripts to cancel that renewal. "She" said it was taken care of. I then received an email that the prescriptions had been sent, including the one I canceled. I've been going back and forth with them but they say my prescription wasn't canceled and, therefore, they won't issue a credit or accept returns. I did not get the name of the person who took my call and said my order was canceled SO BE SURE YOU GET THE PERSON'S NAME YOU TALK TO. I'm really angry over this!
