Original Comment As best I can remember, I made 4 reservations and cancelled all 4. Just a few days ago, I checked my CC to find out that I was charged for 5 reservations and refunded for 4. I called Hotels.com immediately about this and even stated that I do not see the 5th reservation online. They stated that they can see my reservations on their end and there is something wrong with my computer. That is complete B**S***. There are issues with their computer systems and they are not willing to look into it. I will send a letter to their corporate office and file a dispute with the CC.
