To all the victims in the complaints below mine. I know exactly how you feel about Westinghouse. I too will NEVER buy another Westinghouse product, and I will be getting on every social and media sight to let others know. I bought a 42-in. LED TV on on Cyber Monday of 2011. The TV had problems where the volume would go up and down all by itself. Contacted Westinghouse and then sent the TV in for repair. I sent back in orginal container and packed the same. After months of calling, my TV finally returned in a plain brown box, not packed well, frame broken and the tv wouldn't work at all. Great repair job Westinghouse. Then, when I called to inform them, I get told they would send me a new tv. Call after call and months of trying to find out the status and getting told the warehouse was behind, I finally get told I would get a new tv. Months again go by. Then, a supervisor, Keisha, said I would be receiving a refurbished tv. Really...I sent you a new one that you proceeded to break more in your "so called repairing" and now you want to send me another repaired, crap tv? Then, she offered the usual 2 for 1...a 20-something inch and a 30-something inch. I proceeded to explain that if that was what I wanted, I would have bought that in the first place. Then, she stated she didn't even see where they were even in the process of making any 42-inch at the moment and would send me a "like-new" 46-inch tv. Months, again, go by. After repeated calling, I finally asked for my money back. Now this has been almost a year since I purchased my original tv. Keisha proceeded to tell me, after I faxed her my original receipt, that it would be sent to corporate and could take 3-4 months to process. REALLY? How long could it take to issue a check. That was back on Oct.25th 2012, and I still have not received the check, tv or any phone call. I even asked one time could they call and got told no. I even asked for a corporate number and was told they could not give me that! I finally called about 3-weeks ago, got a answering machine, left a message that I was very upset (and up until the last few conversations, I had always been patient and respectful)and someone had better call me back. NOTHING as of the present! THE ABSOLUTE WORST PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER WITNESSED OR BEEN THROUGH!!! I advise everyone TO NEVER BUY ANOTHER WESTINGHOUSE PRODUCT and to do the same as I will do....get on facebook, twitter, etc. and let everyone know the same. It is not liable because it has all happened to many and all the truth!!! Better Business Bureau....here I come. Hope you go out of business Westinghouse!!!!!
