Original Comment It took from January 5 to January 24, 2013 and conferences with 4 customer service representatives and 3 supervisors to satisfy a simple request: a copy of an invoice showing the name of the medicine paid for, the date of service, the cost paid, and the balance due. Representatives and supervisors were incompetent, uninformed, and misleading. This was a time consuming and frustrating experience.
