Original Comment These guys are worse than the Keystone Cops. They can't date refills correctly, can't read Rx faxes, void prescriptions, and give irrational excuses. They ignore authorizations from insurer. One office doesn't communicate with the other. If they weren't so incompetent, I'd say it was on purpose.
