Original Comment Your help page is a joke. Sending error messages when we receive them to you is useless. Reaching an actual person is impossible. Continual crashes day after day SHOULD BE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO YOU. Instead, you simply don't care. I DARE YOU TO CONTACT ME. <br /> <br /> You rely on a cartoon setup to represent your company. I believe that fits perfectly. You really have set up the perfect company-you rake in the money and never have to provide service to your customers if you don't want to.
