Original Comment I have just spent hours on the phone to find out that my phone was deactivated... I have only had the new phone for 6 weeks. I was told that it was defective also that it is still under warranty but they can not replace it ot refund the phone or the minutes I purchased...Does this make sense to anyone??...The defect was something about the minutes...I could not understand what was said... so I asked for an email explaining the defect...I wonder they will really send it....
