Original Comment The customer service of Vivitar is horrible. I left several messages regarding 2 broken cameras I sent back to them for reimbursement and noone is returning my phone calls. <br /> <br /> I guess they don't care about their reputation. I noticed that several other people gave bad reviews. If they don't improve their service, they will be next in line for bankruptcy of their company. I suggest you all get your act together before you all lose your jobs.
